My Approach

I help individuals heal from complex trauma, childhood emotional neglect, identity struggles, and life transitions through attachment-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapy. I understand the challenges of navigating multiple identities, family expectations, and cultural values, and I support clients in exploring how past experiences shape their emotions, relationships, and sense of self.

I draw from EMDR to help process trauma, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to heal childhood wounds, and Gestalt therapy to bring awareness to both the bigger picture and the details of your experience. Mindfulness-based therapy provides simple, practical tools for self-awareness and emotional balance. I also integrate social justice counseling and a decolonial, liberation-focused lens, recognizing the impact of culture, identity, and systemic influences on healing.

Healing begins when you have a space to be seen, heard, and understood.
