My Approach to Family Therapy
I work collaboratively with families through attachment-based, trauma-informed, and developmentally informed therapy. Family dynamics can be complex, especially when navigating communication challenges, conflict resolution, and shifting roles across life stages. Therapy provides a space where family members can work together to strengthen relationships, improve understanding, and foster deeper connection.
Grounded in family systems therapy, neurobiological theory, and developmental psychology, sessions are a shared process of bridging generational gaps, navigating conflict with clarity, and building trust through open communication. With a background in education and training in child development, I tailor therapy to different learning styles and developmental needs, ensuring that each family member is included in a way that feels meaningful and accessible.
