My Approach to Couples Therapy
I help couples strengthen their relationship through attachment-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapy. Navigating different identities, family expectations, and cultural values can create challenges in relationships, especially for bicultural and interracial couples. Therapy provides a space to explore these dynamics with understanding and compassion, fostering deeper connection and communication.
Drawing from neurobiological theory, Nonviolent Communication, family systems therapy, and developmental psychology, therapy uncovers the deeper patterns shaping relationship dynamics. This process helps partners move from conflict to connection, improving emotional safety, trust, and intimacy.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you—you were never broken. It’s about reconnecting to the parts of you that got lost along the way.
